Responsibilities

  • Solution Development:
    • Act as the go‑to ServiceNow expert, designing solutions across the full ServiceNow platform, aligned to best practice guidelines.
    • Work with clients to define requirements and develop solutions across ITSM and other areas including ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, CSM, HRSD, and SAMP.
    • Provide expert advice and recommendations to ensure scalable, maintainable and value‑driven solutions.
  • Sales & Client Engagement:
    • Support the pre‑sales process, providing technical and functional expertise to sales teams and prospective customers.
    • Lead initial scoping workshops and technical discovery sessions.
    • Engage with technical SMEs, project managers, and senior stakeholders, including C‑suite executives, to clearly explain proposed solutions and ensure alignment to business goals.
    • Work closely with implementation partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Development:
    • Maintain your ServiceNow certifications and keep up to date with new platform features and releases.
    • Share your knowledge with colleagues through internal training, mentoring and webinars, helping to grow the overall capability within the team.

Key Requirements

  • Proven hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITSM plus at least one other major application suite (e.g., ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, CSM, HRSD, SAMP).
  • Minimum of one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification (three preferred).
  • ServiceNow Sales and Pre‑Sales Accreditations in Platform, ITSM, plus one additional specialist area.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior leadership.
  • Highly self‑motivated, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
