We’re searching for a Portfolio Manager to join our Workforce Professional Services team, so that we can deliver seamless implementations, drive client success, and build a high‑performing consulting team. This role will focus on workforce transformation, helping healthcare organisations optimise rostering, scheduling and workforce management processes. The Portfolio Manager will own client relationships during services engagements, ensure successful project delivery, and lead a team of consultants to achieve quality outcomes and benefit realisation for clients while maintaining internal financial performance.
