We’re hiring an SDR Manager to lead our mid-market outbound team at Zinc.

This team is a huge driver of our growth, generating 60% of our pipeline purely from outbound So this isn’t just a management role, it’s a mission-critical one.

You’ll take ownership of a team of 8 SDRs, helping them perform consistently at a high level, while building the systems, structure, and coaching culture needed to scale.
