We are partnering with a UK-based investment manager focused on renewable energy and long-term infrastructure assets. This role is ideal for a newly qualified accountant looking to step into industry and gain experience across financial reporting, asset performance, and commercial finance within a growing, mission-driven sector.
Key Responsibilities
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for a portfolio of renewable energy assets.
Assist in preparing management accounts, statutory accounts, and variance analysis.
Maintain accurate financial records and contribute to strong financial controls and governance.
Work closely with asset managers to provide financial data, performance insights, and budgeting support.
Assist with the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Help develop reporting processes and support ad-hoc finance projects as the business grows.
Requirements
ACA qualified (or soon to qualify), ideally from a Big 4 or top-tier audit background.
Experience auditing asset management, energy, infrastructure, or similar sectors is beneficial but not essential.
Strong technical accounting foundation and the ability to work across multiple entities.
Proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail.
Genuine interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or long-term infrastructure assets.
