The opportunity

This role will initially be focused on sourcing the very best talent for our established client base. You will be joining a team of true specialists who focus on delivering exceptional service, and on top of that, they are a delightful bunch to work alongside. We are looking for people who have the ability to build long-lasting relationships and are genuinely excited about the ever-changing world of recruitment.

You’ll be working alongside a hands-on executive team that has extensive experience in building and scaling recruitment businesses. They will be on hand for coaching and mentoring to support your development.

We are completely open to experience, but you need to be a natural relationship builder, born networker, motivated by a sales opportunity, and able to influence others.

What we need:

  • Strong work ethic

  • Track record of success – this could be through a previous job, studies or sport etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
