What You’ll Be Doing
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
Assess, plan and deliver outstanding nursing careDevelop and review person-centred care plansSafely administer and record medication (in line with NMC guidelines)⚕️ Support and mentor care team colleaguesWork closely with families and multi-disciplinary professionalsMaintain accurate clinical documentationComplete mandatory training and stay professionally up to date
You’ll practice with integrity, safeguarding residents and promoting dignity at all times.
