Cornwall Council is seeking a qualified and experienced Principal Social Worker to join their Family Help Team based in Redruth. Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and expert guidance within the Family Help Team
- Support complex casework and decision-making to ensure high standards of practice
- Contribute to service development and continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of reflective practice and learning
- Work collaboratively with partners to deliver effective interventions
- Ensure children and families receive timely and appropriate support

Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
- Significant experience in children and families social work
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and relevant legislation
- Ability to support and guide complex cases effectively
