Salary: £24,618 – £25,944 per annum (£12.62- £13.30 p/h equivalent)

Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners in our Supported Living Service teams offer practical and emotional support to people in their own homes. We provide a range of support including helping people to develop skills to maintain their tenancies, connect with others, and offer opportunities to access activities other help resources in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Providing practical and emotional support to people in their own homes.
  • Helping people develop skills to maintain tenancies, connect with others, and access community activities and resources.
  • Supporting duties across areas including emotional wellbeing, personal safety, tenancy management, budgeting and managing finances, and accompanying individuals to appointments and social activities.
  • Assisting supported people to access information and advice by engaging with other care professionals and local amenities/groups.
