Role Overview
As an Exams Officer, you will provide a key service to students and staff, supporting the administration of exam operations throughout the year. You will work within a busy and challenging administration environment, following business processes and meeting deadlines.
Experience or working knowledge of exams administration, awarding body/JCQ rules, and associated regulatory and compliance requirements would be an advantage although it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to students, staff and external stakeholders.
- Use business systems to manage exam processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Support the Examinations team on business processes and deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in providing good customer service.
- Proficient in using business systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Achieved GCSE Maths and English Grade A*-C / 9-4.
