Creative account manager
Linney is a world‑class, multichannel marketing services business. We are looking to appoint an account manager (marketing campaigns) to work closely with our client’s marketing team, and run campaigns, from creative brief to final kit delivery. The role is based either at the client’s North London office or at Linney Create in Nottinghamshire, with weekly travel and overnights to the client offices.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships, keep projects moving smoothly, and deliver effective creative work across print, digital, film, animation and events. They will be the day‑to‑day contact for client stakeholders, providing great service and process knowledge and building strong trusted relationships. They will also collaborate with internal teams to shape compelling campaign responses and present recommendations clearly.
They will be expected to capture, discuss and communicate client feedback, ensuring changes are actioned, challenging amends that deviate from our strategy, and overseeing project timelines, approvals and sign‑offs. They will also need to manage and communicate budgets regularly, ensure projects stay on track financially, and flag any threats or concerns. Good communication is crucial throughout the process.
The ideal candidate is someone who will stay curious about the client’s market and bring fresh, on‑trend ideas, including a restless passion for all things retail and marketing.
Essential skills and experience:
- Experience managing multi‑channel creative or marketing projects
- Strong communication, relationship building and influencing skills with internal and client stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Excellent organisation skills with good attention to detail
- A process‑driven mindset, balanced with creativity and a willingness to challenge and innovate
- An understanding of marketing production processes
Desirable experience and qualifications:
- Marketing degree or equivalent
- Experience within a fast‑paced agency environment
- Experience working with retail or QSR clients
