The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of brands worth in excess of £100m RSV, with a primary focus on our flagship premium pastry brand, West Cornwall Pasty Co. As the food‑to‑go market continues its rapid growth, this role places you at the heart of a dynamic, fast‑paced industry.
The Role Has Two Core Elements
Brand Manager for West Cornwall Pasty Co. (75%) – owning brand communications, driving innovation launches, and developing strategic partnerships.
Support across our wider food‑to‑go portfolio (25%) – including Urban Eat and Leaf & Loaf, contributing to tactical brand activity and trend‑led initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver annual brand plans aligned with our 3‑year strategy.
- Lead communications, agency relationships and through‑the‑line activation.
- Drive seasonal and limited‑edition product launches from idea to national rollout.
- Manage digital strategy, social content and brand engagement.
- Monitor brand performance, P&L and marketing spend.
- Support the wider portfolio including Urban Eat and Leaf & Loaf (25%).
- Collaborate with NPD, Commercial, Operations and external partners.
The Ideal Candidate

- Previous brand management or marketing experience.
- Strong project management, commercial acumen and problem‑solving skills.

- Degree in Marketing or Business (ideal but not essential).
