RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for scientific and/or biopharmaceutical equipment.
- Provide technical consultation to customers.
- Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline.
- Prepare service reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance.
- Ideally process experience in similar industry (scientific/biopharmaceutical).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and a team player.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented individual with good business acumen.
- Experience in lab, cleanroom, bio containment environment or high plume fan will be anadvantage
- Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
