Mechanical Design Engineer – CommercialBuilding Services (Stage 5)
Location: Greenwich
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 DOE
Using Revit and 3D based methods (IES, TAS, DesignBuilder), ensuring practical, buildable solutions in collaboration with contractors and project teams.
I’m working exclusively with a fast growing and modern MEP consultancy at the forefront of delivering fully coordinated, construction ready Stage 5 mechanical designs. This is a rare opportunity for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join a tight knit design team and work on high profile London projects!
This is an office based position with genuine progression potential into senior design and leadership roles as the business continues to grow.

- Strong knowledge of UK building services practices.
- Comfortable with site visits and client‑facing coordination occasionally.
- Must hold a UK driving licence and passport.
