Door Entry / Access Control Engineer

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Door Entry / Access Control Engineer to join a well‑established and growing organisation, delivering works across commercial, social housing, and high‑footfall environments. Key Responsibilities

• Installation, service, maintenance, and fault‑finding on door entry & access control systems
• Working across reactive and planned maintenance contracts
• Carrying out system upgrades and commissioning to industry standards
• Delivering a high level of customer service to clients and end‑users
• Completing accurate job reports and documentation
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in door entry/intercom systems (ideally ENTROTEC)
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience with access control systems (e.g. INTRATONE, PAC, ENSIGN)
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work both independently and within a team

Desirable Experience

• Experience within social housing environments
• Exposure to town centre / high‑traffic commercial sites

Salary & Package

• £38,000 – £42,000 (DOE)
