Quality Technician, High Wycombe, Herts

Our client, a global manufacturer, based in High Wycombe, Herts, is looking to recruit a Quality Technician.

Essential

• Manage customer returns or complaints and report timeously
• Carry out fault and root cause analysis on electronic equipment
• Fault analysis reporting for customers
• Good communication skills at all levels
• Good quality control and/or assurance skills on electronic equipment
• Manage a quarantine and non‑conforming products

Advantageous

• ISO 9001 internal auditing qualification
• Manage an internal audit plan and reporting thereof
• Manage statistical analysis
• Health and safety experience
• Managing R.E.A.C.H, RoSH and WEEE regulations
• Experience within IEC 80079‑34
• Aiding the Quality Manager in training
• Ability to review/update work instructions
