The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the face of ICE, delivering expert maintenance and repairs that keep essential equipment running smoothly across customer sites.
No two days are the same. You’ll diagnose faults, solve problems on the spot and ensure machines perform at their best, while building strong relationships with our customers who rely on your expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnosing, servicing and repairing a wide range of cleaning equipmentDelivering first-class customer service on-siteCarrying out planned maintenance and safety testingManaging van stock and ordering parts efficientlyRecording work in real time using our digital systemsProviding clear and accurate service reports after every visitContributing ideas to improve systems and ways of workingWhat We’re Looking For
Experience in a Field Service Engineer or similar roleStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsHands on expertise with tools and diagnostic equipmentCustomer focussed with excellent communication skillsFull UK manual driving licenceWhy Join ICE?
