We are looking for an experienced 360 Senior recruitment consultant to specialise in our niche sectors and become an expert in your field!
Key Recruitment Skills required:
- 360 Recruitment experience is ESSENTIAL.
- You must have over 3 solid years’ experience in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
- You will need to have a professional and consultative approach in developing new clients and managing existing clients.
- Confident Business Development Experience is essential.
- Work with clients that match our requirements.
- Show resilience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Impeccable time‑management skills.
- Excellent rapport‑building skills.
- Prioritise your workload using initiative.
- Senior consultant who takes pride in results and is results‑oriented.
- Quality‑centric approach.
- Confident, enthusiastic personality fits our team.
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
- Handle demanding, fast‑paced industry with quality service.
- Experience with Broadbean, Total Jobs, CV Library is useful.

- Work well as part of a team and collaborate via phone, video, face‑to‑face and events.

- Basic Salary £30k – £35k, DOE – to be discussed at interview.

Hours of work:
