We’re looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Technical Support Consultant to join our team. With a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, you\'ll provide expert technical support predominantly on Investments or Pensions.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted specialist, helping our Partners and their Support Staff resolve complex technical queries and ensuring we maintain the highest standards of advice and service across the Partnership. You’ll play a key part in developing and improving our technical guidance frameworks and contributing to the continuous evolution of our support offering.
We’re seeking an expert technical specialist with a solid grasp of financial services and wealth management. You’ll demonstrate a passion for problem solving, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and confidently. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative and eager to stay ahead of industry and regulatory changes to deliver the best possible support to our Partners.
