Senior HR Advisor

We are currently partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Paignton to recruit a Senior HR Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with strong HR foundations already in place, where the focus is on supporting managers, maintaining consistency, and embedding best practice across the site.

The Role

Working as part of the site leadership team, you will provide hands‑on HR support in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers
• Supporting a range of employee relations cases from start to finish
• Coaching and developing managers to build confidence and capability
• Promoting a consistent and practical approach to HR policies and procedures
• Building strong working relationships across all levels of the business
• Acting as a visible and approachable HR presence on‑site

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have experience in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor position
• Ideally come from a manufacturing or food production environment
• Be confident managing employee relations and applying employment law
• Have a strong, practical approach to HR with the ability to influence and support managers
• Be approachable, organised, and solutions-focused

CIPD qualification is desirable
