We’re looking for a people ‑ focused Human Resources BusinessPartner (HRBP) to join our team and work closely with our functional leaders.In this role, you ’ ll act as a trusted partner — helping teams navigate people challenges, shaping how we work,and making sure our HR initiatives genuinely support the business.

What you’ll do
- Partner with leaders to understand businessgoals and challenges, providing HR insight for informed decision ‑ making.
- Identify and implement HR process improvementsthat strengthen performance and employee engagement.
- Guide managers through all aspects ofperformance management, from setting expectations to managing underperformance.
- Foster a positive, productive work environmentby addressing concerns and enabling open communication between employees andleadership.
- Analyse workforce data and trends with leadersto inform strategies addressing skills, talent, and resource gaps.
- Lead organisational design initiatives to improve efficiency, including optimising structures, reporting lines, and roleclarity.
- Develop and deliver HR strategies, programmes,and policies that support business goals and enhance organisational andemployee outcomes.
- Lead key HR initiatives including performancemanagement, engagement, D&I, and learning and development.
- Use HR analytics to uncover workforce trends,performance patterns, and engagement insights.
- Lead or support HR projects such as systemupgrades, process improvements, and cultural transformation.
- Partner with leaders and Finance to forecast andmanage headcount, labour costs, and workforce budgets.
- Strengthen cross ‑ functional collaboration acrossHR, operations, and other teams while sharing best practices and ensuringconsistency in HR processes.
