Employment Lawyer (Solicitor / FCILEX, 2-6 PQE) – Exeter
The Role
An exciting opening has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor or FCILEX (2-6 PQE) to join a well established and growing Employment team. This is a fantastic chance to step into a practice that enjoys an excellent reputation across the Southwest and beyond, handling high quality work for a broad range of employer clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload, from complex Employment Tribunal matters to day to day HR advisory work
- Provide commercial, solutions driven advice on restructuring, TUPE, employee relations and more
- Support major corporate transactions alongside specialist teams
- Collaborate with a supportive, ambitious team that values fresh ideas and shared success
- Contribute to business development and help shape the future growth of the practice
You will bring
- 2-6 years’ PQE in Employment law (Solicitor or FCILEX)
- Strong technical knowledge and confidence handling both contentious and non contentious matters
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A commercial mindset and genuine enthusiasm for building client relationships
