Overview

As we continue to grow, we’re looking to welcome a motivated and organised individual to join our team. This is a varied role combining sales support and administrative responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Supporting customers from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Advertising vehicles and maintaining online listings
- Chasing and managing sales leads
- Ordering parts and processing warranty claims
- Booking sold vehicles into the workshop for preparation
- Keeping customers updated throughout the sales process
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in the motor trade or sales environment preferred
- Experience using Click Dealer (DMS) is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Professional, approachable, and team‑oriented attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
