Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Darlington. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outbound calls, generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The Telesales Executive will actively build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and promote products or services to align with business goals. Accurate record-keeping and managing sales pipelines are key components of this position, requiring attention to detail and organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and achieving sales targets
  • Customer Service and Customer Support expertise for building lasting client relationships
  • Understanding of Sales processes and strategies
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle high-pressure situations effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
