Bi-lingual Sales Executive fluent in Arabic to cover both MENA and UK Sales while working in the UK.

Staines (Hybrid/ Remote)

Office Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pmSalary: £45,000 per annum + Commission (OTE £55,000)

We’re on a mission to grow, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive with membership-based sales experience, who is UK-based and able to work from our Staines office three days per week as part of our hybrid working model.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in expanding our membership and accreditation services both in the UK and internationally. Working alongside a supportive sales and marketing team, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle- from generating new leads to closing deals and building long-term relationships.

This role is perfect for someone who loves the chase, is solution-focused, and is eager to be part of an ambitious, growing organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Nurture and convert warm inbound leads
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation
  • Analyse the market, identify opportunities, and report on trends
  • Manage client memberships and subscriptions, ensuring timely renewals and payments
  • Hit (and exceed!) your sales targets

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proven experience selling memberships, subscriptions, or accreditation-based services
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • An entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Strong negotiation and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Confident working independently, while being a true team player
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Based in the UK and able to commute to our Staines office three days per week
