The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a new business-focused role, where you’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, and win new clients. You’ll promote Carter Bond’s compliant Umbrella, CIS, and outsourced payroll solutions while helping position us as a trusted partner for agencies and contractors nationwide.

This role includes face-to-face client meetings, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident and motivated salesperson
  • Experience in B2B or face-to-face sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a new business mindset
  • Recruitment sector connections (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
