The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of employment matters for both employers and employees
- Advising on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work
- Taking ownership of your own files while contributing to the wider team strategy
- Supporting business development initiatives, including seminars, networking and content writing
- Playing an active role in the continued growth of the team, with scope to help shape its future direction

- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team
