Employment Solicitor

A well-established regional law firm is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join its growing Employment team. This is an opportunity to become part of a highly regarded practice with a strong reputation across its core regions, offering high quality work typically associated with much larger firms, but within a more supportive and close-knit environment.

The Role:

• Managing a varied caseload of employment matters for both employers and employees
• Advising on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work
• Taking ownership of your own files while contributing to the wider team strategy
• Supporting business development initiatives, including seminars, networking and content writing
• Playing an active role in the continued growth of the team, with scope to help shape its future direction

About You:

• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Commercially aware with an interest in business development
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team
