Job Description
A leading international law firm is looking to appoint an Associate Director into its highly regarded Commercial Real Estate team, although they would also consider a strong Senior Associate. The firm has built a strong reputation in the real estate market, working across a range of asset classes and sectors, including logistics, living sectors, large-scale regeneration, commercial development and energy and infrastructure-related real estate.
You will advise on a broad mix of commercial property matters, with a strong emphasis on:
- Investment transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
- Real estate finance matters.
- Asset management for large, often multi-sector portfolios.
- Exposure to development projects.
The client base includes major institutional investors, developers, PLCs and global occupiers, ensure consistent flow of complex, high-value work across a range of sectors.
Key Requirements:
- Be a qualified lawyer with significant experience gained at a recognised international, city or leading national firm.
- Have a strong grounding in commercial real estate, particularly investment and asset management work.
- Be confident handling transactions with autonomy.
- Either sat in a Senior Associate or Associate Director position.
