Sales Executive (OTE £40K)

Base salary of £25k + commission (OTE – £40K)

Our client in the renewable energy industry are on the look out for need ambitious and motivated salespeople to help us do it.

The Role

This is a high-activity, outbound sales role. You’ll be speaking directly to heating installers, starting conversations, and showing them how our client can help them sell more, work smarter, and reduce hassle.

No technical background? No problem. They’ll teach you the product. You bring the drive.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making high-volume outbound calls to generate new opportunities
• Turning cold conversations into warm relationships
• Understanding installer challenges and positioning a clear solution
• Booking demos and moving prospects through the funnel
• Owning and managing your pipeline
• Following up relentlessly — no dropped opportunities
• Hitting targets (and pushing past them)
