Sales Manager – Mid-Market & Corporate Insurance

What You’ll Do

• Lead 3 Development Executives from day one, with full scope to grow the team
• Target mid-market and corporate insurance clients, converting larger opportunities with support from project teams
• Make the most of established leads, introducers, and marketing activity
• Deliver tailored insurance solutions with full broking support
• Coach, develop, and inspire your team while setting performance standards

Who You Are

• Experienced in commercial insurance sales, ideally with senior or leadership exposure
• Results-driven and motivated by opportunities to grow revenue
• Confident leading, coaching, and developing others
• Skilled at building relationships with senior stakeholders
• Commercially minded and ready to take ownership of a growing function
