Althevity is a premium longevity supplement brand owned by CECOS Group on a mission to help people live longer, healthier lives. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a driven, commercially-minded marketer to own our direct sales channels — website, TikTok Shop, and paid social.
This isn’t a brand awareness role. This is about revenue.
What you’ll own:
- TikTok Shop — setup, optimisation, creator affiliate programme, and ad campaigns
- Paid social advertising across TikTok and Meta, driving traffic to our Shopify store
- Email & SMS marketing flows (Klaviyo or similar) — from welcome sequences to abandoned cart
- Website conversion — working with our team to improve landing pages and checkout performance
- Amazon marketplace management and growth while we scale our DTC channel
- Reporting on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue — you speak in numbers
Who you are:
- 2–4 years in DTC e-commerce or performance marketing, ideally in health, wellness, or FMCG
- Proven experience with TikTok Shop and/or TikTok Ads — this is a must
- Hands-on with Shopify, Klaviyo (or equivalent), and Meta Ads Manager
- You’ve scaled a brand’s revenue, not just its followers
- Self-starter who thrives in a small, ambitious team where your impact is visible
