The Role

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will act as a key ambassador of the brand, delivering an elevated client journey while driving commercial performance. You will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, ensuring the highest level of discretion and service.

You will bring a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, contributing ideas and initiatives to further grow and engage your client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury experience to all clients
  • Build, manage, and grow a strong personal client portfolio, with a focus on HNW and UHNW individuals
  • Develop long-term, confidential relationships through tailored clienteling and networking
  • Proactively identify opportunities to engage clients through events, outreach, and bespoke experiences
  • Contribute innovative ideas and initiatives to drive client development and boutique performance
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the brand’s heritage, products, and craftsmanship
  • Uphold the highest standards of presentation and service at all times

Profile

  • 5–8 years’ experience in luxury retail or a related field (fine jewellery, watchmaking, fashion, hospitality, or private client service)
  • Proven experience working with HNW/UHNW clients, maintaining discretion and building trusted relationships
  • Strong expertise in client development, networking, and portfolio building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Able to bring fresh ideas and initiatives to enhance client engagement and drive business
  • A natural brand ambassador who embodies the values of excellence, heritage, and craftsmanship
