The Role
- Home-based position with full flexibility
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while driving new business
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry socials
- Deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales strategy

- Experience within Umbrella Services is essential
- Confident, personable salesperson who thrives face-to-face
- Natural relationship builder – the kind of person people enjoy doing business with
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Proven experience in a client-facing sales role
- Quick to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The Package
- Basic salary: £40,000 – £50,000
- Realistic OTE: £80,000+ (uncapped)
