I am seeking a senior RF measurement/load-pull expert for a short-term engagement in Cambridge, UK.
Scope of the engagement (2–3 months):– Setup and integrate a load-pull measurement system– Work with existing focus tuners and software environment– Define and execute calibration methodology– Validate system performance and measurement accuracy– Establish repeatable measurement workflows for power amplifier characterization
Required profile:– Proven experience in building and validating load-pull systems, not just using them– Strong background in RF power amplifier characterization– Familiarity with tuner-based systems (e.g., Maury / Focus) and VNA/NVNA-based setups– Hands-on approach with the ability to deliver a working and trusted measurement setup
Candidates should ideally be based in or near Cambridge or be able to be on-site regularly….
