Senior Business Development Manager – Bridging & Specialist Finance
Location: Nationwide (UK-wide opportunities available)
Salary: Up to £100,000 base + 0.15% commission
We are currently supporting a specialist lender that is entering a significant period of expansion and is looking to appoint multiple Business Development Managers across the UK. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, well-funded lender that is actively scaling its national sales team.
With plans to hire an additional five BDMs, the business is open to speaking with experienced professionals anywhere in the UK, offering flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential.
The Opportunity
This role is suited to a commercially driven BDM who wants to be part of a lender in growth mode. You will be responsible for originating new business, building relationships with brokers and introducers, and driving deal flow across bridging and specialist finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with brokers, introducers, and key partners
- Originate and convert new lending opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to structure and deliver deals
- Grow and manage your own territory with full autonomy
- Contribute to the wider growth strategy of the business
About You
- Proven experience within bridging finance or specialist lending
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- Existing broker/introducer network preferred
- Commercially astute with a track record of delivering results
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
