Commercial Manager – Freight & Logistics (UK)

Salary & Benefits

You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, leading new business sales, and securing new business across multiple freight modes.

The Role

  • Drive new business acquisition across Air, Ocean, and Road Freight
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit annual targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales talent nationwide
  • Collaborate with Product & Operations teams to deliver seamless onboarding and service
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and sales tracking

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in:
  • Senior Business Development Manager role
  • Strong focus on new business development
  • Proven track record within a Freight Forwarder or Logistics provider (UK-based)
  • Experience selling multi-modal freight solutions (Air, Ocean, Road)
  • Demonstrated leadership or team management experience
