The Role
This is a new business growth role.
You will drive enterprise revenue, secure high-value partnerships, and strengthen our client’s position as a category leader in influencer marketing.
While the title is flexible, this is effectively an Agency New Business Lead profile — someone who thrives on building pipeline, opening doors, and converting opportunity into long-term commercial partnerships.
Core Responsibilities;
New Business Growth (Primary Focus)
- Proactively targeting and securing blue-chip and enterprise brands
- Building and owning a structured outbound engine (LinkedIn, email, events, networking)
- Leading discovery sessions, briefings, and pitch presentations
- Owning the full sales cycle from first conversation through to conversion
- Generating new relationships through industry events and roundtables
- Converting inbound interest through strong qualification and follow-through
Expanding Existing Partnerships
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts
- Evolving one-off campaigns into long-term strategic partnerships
- Maintaining senior stakeholder visibility to protect and grow revenue
- Ideate strategies to drive new business opportunities where a client has a multi-brand portfolio
Process & Collaboration
- Maintaining strong CRM discipline and pipeline hygiene
- Ensuring seamless sales-to-account handovers
- Working closely with marketing to align positioning, content, and events with growth strategy
- Supporting development of best practice, tools, and reporting frameworks
Who This Role Is For

You will likely come from a media, digital, PR, social, or influencer agency environment. Influencer experience is helpful but not essential — the critical factor is your ability to build and convert senior-level relationships.
