About the Role
Clip ’n Climb is seeking a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to help grow our franchise network across the UK and internationally.
This is primarily an office-based role, involving online meetings, cold calling, and proactive lead management to convert opportunities into successful franchise partnerships.
You will play a key role in expanding the Clip ’n Climb brand by engaging potential franchisees, nurturing leads, and managing the sales pipeline through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and digital channels
- Conduct online meetings and presentations with prospective franchise partners
- Manage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate records and sales pipelines using a CRM system
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees
- Work closely with internal teams to support franchise sales and onboarding
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
About You
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and pipelines
- Previous experience working with franchise models (essential or highly desirable)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident in cold calling and lead generation
- Highly organised, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working with international clients across different time zones
