About the Role
We are working with an innovative engineering company specialising in high-performance RF, microwave, and millimetre-wave technology used in mission-critical communication systems.
They are looking for a Senior RF / mmWave Engineer with strong high-frequency circuit design experience using Altium. This is a hands-on role focused on the design, development, and testing of advanced RF/mmWave products.
Key Responsibilities
Technical:
- Design and develop high-frequency RF and mmWave circuits, components, and subsystems
- Use Altium for circuit design and layout
- Carry out simulation, analysis, and performance optimisation
- Test, measure, and validate RF designs and hardware
- Troubleshoot complex RF issues
- Produce technical documentation (design reports, test plans, results)
- Ensure designs meet specifications and customer requirements
- Support proposals and customer-facing technical discussions
