We are a UK-based real estate organization with a growing international footprint, specializing in premium residential and investment properties. As part of our expansion into global and Gulf markets, we are seeking a highly experienced Director – Sales to drive strategic growth and revenue across key regions.
Role Overview
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving global sales strategy, with a strong focus on UK property sales targeting international and Gulf-based investors. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cross-border real estate transactions and a strong network within the GCC market.
Key Responsibilities :-
Lead and execute global sales strategy with focus on UK real estate investments
Drive business development across GCC markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.)
Build and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI investors, family offices, and institutional clients
Establish and scale regional sales teams and channel partnerships
Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
Oversee the full sales lifecycle including international deal structuring
Collaborate with marketing for international campaigns and investor outreach
Deliver revenue targets, forecasts, and strategic reports to leadership
Requirements :-
10–18+ years of experience in real estate sales, with leadership exposure
Strong experience in UK property sales and international investor markets
Proven track record of working with GCC clients/investors
Existing network in UAE/Gulf real estate or investment ecosystem preferred
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment
Preferred Background
Experience in selling off-plan / luxury / investment properties
Exposure to cross-border transactions and international compliance
Prior experience working in UK, UAE, or other GCC markets
