Engineers – Radio Systems / Wireless / Microwave

Location: UK-wide (travel required)

We’re growing our engineering team at CSE Crosscom UK.

If you’re early in your career or already experienced and looking for a better environment, this is a chance to work on real systems, with real customers, alongside people who know their craft.

Why This Role

You won’t be left to figure things out on your own.

You’ll be working alongside some of the most experienced engineers in the industry. People who’ve built their careers in this space and are willing to share what they know.

If you want to learn properly, develop your skills, and take pride in the work you deliver, you’ll fit in well here.

What You’ll Be Working On

Our engineers support and deliver communication solutions that sit at the heart of our customers’ operations.

That includes:

• Radio systems

• Wireless and microwave networks

• Critical communications infrastructure

• Design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and support

The work is varied. The environments are real. And what you do genuinely matters to the people using these systems every day.

What We’re Looking For

We’re open on level, but you’ll likely bring:

• Experience in radio systems, wireless, microwave, or related technologies

• A practical, hands-on approach

• A willingness to learn and develop

• Strong problem-solving skills

• A team-first mindset

• Pride in doing the job properly

Most importantly, we’re looking for people who want to build a career, not just do a job.

Our Culture

We’re a close-knit team.

We support each other. We share knowledge. We take the time to get things right.

You’ll be trusted, backed, and given the opportunity to grow, but you’ll also be expected to take ownership of your work and deliver to a high standard.
