Relocation Client Account Manager – EMEA

We’re working with a global leader in the relocation and mobility industry, searching for a highly skilled Relocation Client Account Manager to join their established EMEA team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives on client interaction and solution-based delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients to develop tailored mobility solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients across the EMEA region.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, delivering customised global mobility solutions.
  • Translate client mobility programme needs into effective service strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive meaningful campaigns and outreach events.
  • Host and facilitate client-focused events, roundtables, and industry networking sessions.
  • Offer strategic advice and insights to enhance clients’ relocation programmes.
  • Monitor account health and identify barriers to programme success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share insights internally and externally.
  • Liaise with internal subject matter experts to design client-specific service models.
  • Advocate internally on behalf of clients to ensure continuous service evolution.

Requirements

  • Strong background in relocation account management and client services.
  • Proven experience in global mobility, preferably within the EMEA market.
  • Prior experience working for a relocation or moving company is essential.
  • Ability to build long-term strategic client partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to deliver tailored solutions to complex client needs.
