Quality Manager
Leiston, Suffolk
up to £450 per day DOE (PAYE)
Contract until end of the year (potential extension)
We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Manager to support a major UK infrastructure project within the Supplier Quality team.
This role will focus on ensuring quality standards are maintained across a complex global supply chain, delivering structured supply chain audits and providing assurance that suppliers meet project and contractual quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver supply chain quality audits in line with the annual audit schedule
• Review supplier processes and quality management systems
• Produce audit reports highlighting findings and improvement actions
• Track and manage audit findings through to close-out
• Work with programme teams to identify risk areas within the supply chain
• Contribute to supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience Required
✔ Experience delivering quality or supply chain audits
✔ Background in highly regulated sectors (Nuclear, Energy, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Aerospace or similar)
✔ Strong understanding of quality management systems and audit methodologies
✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement and reporting skills
✔ Willingness to travel to supplier locations when required
