Sales Development Representative – Recruitment Revenue

Commission ONLY : On Target Earnings (OTE): £30 000 – £54 000 per annum

Recruitment Revenue is looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2+ years of experience with appointment setting via outbound cold-calling to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who excels in a high-volume outbound environment, is confident on the phone, consistently books qualified meetings, and has experience setting appointments for SMEs based in the UK.

What You’ll Do

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to targeted companies.
  • Use scripts, call sheets, and training materials to deliver strong value-based messaging.
  • Identify company decision makers and quickly build rapport.
  • Set qualified meetings for Recruitment Agencies
  • Track outreach activity, call notes, and meeting conversions on our sales platform.
  • Work closely with leadership to refine communication, objection handling, and call strategy.
  • Participate in regular training sessions focused on sales skills, mindset, and performance.
  • Hit and exceed weekly metrics including calls made, connections, and meetings booked.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of Sales Development / SDR / Appointment Setting experience
  • Proven experience with high-volume outbound cold calling
  • Proven track record of booking 20–80 qualified appointments per month
  • Strong communication and objection handling skills
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Has experience working with SME’s based in the UK
