Bluegate are looking for a Reliability Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and ensuring our devices perform flawlessly in the toughest conditions. You’ll own reliability testing, failure analysis, and lifetime modelling — driving product quality from design to production.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute reliability test plans for cutting-edge semiconductor devices
- Analyse failure mechanisms and drive root-cause solutions
- Collaborate across design, test, and manufacturing teams to enhance product robustness
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of ONC / HNC in Electronics, Materials Science, or related field
- Experience in semiconductor or electronics reliability, testing and failure analysis
- A passion for precision and innovation
