We are currently recruiting for both a Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team working on major infrastructure and construction project
These roles offer the opportunity to work within a high-performing commercial environment, supporting project delivery while developing strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

Salary & Benefits
Quantity Surveyor
£40,000 – £60,000 + £5,060 Car Allowance
Senior Quantity Surveyor
£60,000 – £75,000 + £5,750 Car Allowance
The Roles
Quantity Surveyor
You will support the commercial management of a project or section of a project, assisting in the preparation of reports, payment applications and subcontractor account management while protecting the commercial position of the business.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
You will take a lead commercial role on projects or major work packages, managing subcontractor accounts, leading negotiations and supporting junior commercial staff while ensuring strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the commercial success of infrastructure and construction projects
• Prepare payment applications, commercial reports and forecasts
• Review incoming accounts and commercial correspondence
• Manage subcontractor packages including valuations, variations and final accounts
• Support and lead commercial negotiations
• Maintain accurate and structured commercial records
• Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure commercial awareness across the project
• Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Good understanding of construction contracts (NEC experience desirable)
• Experience managing subcontractor accounts
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Ability to produce clear and accurate commercial reporting
• A collaborative and proactive working approach
