Role Description
We’re hiring a full-time, remote LinkedIn B2B Marketing Manager to support and grow the LinkedIn presence of our sales team.
This role is focused on helping our VPs use LinkedIn as a channel to build visibility, engage with the right audience, and generate inbound opportunities. You will work closely with the team to develop and publish content that positions them effectively in front of founders, business owners, and decision-makers.
You’ll be responsible for shaping content strategy, maintaining a consistent posting cadence, and improving performance based on what drives engagement and conversations. The goal is to turn LinkedIn into a reliable channel that supports outbound efforts and creates inbound interest.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be supporting multiple profiles at once and aligning content with ongoing outreach and sales activity.
We’re looking for someone who understands how LinkedIn can be used as a sales tool, not just a content platform.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and improve performance
