The opportunity:
Join a global FMCG leader as a Senior National Account Manager, leading the Booker & One Stop accounts. You will drive market share growth, deliver profitable business development, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a portfolio of top-tier brands. This is a high-profile, strategic role with exposure to key commercial decision-making and the chance to lead a small team.
What will my accountabilities be?
⭐️Manage and develop existing key relationships, working with current accounts to deliver category goals
⭐️Build strong, sustainable relationships with customer buying teams and internal stakeholders
⭐️Manage P&L, promotional planning, pricing, and investments
⭐️Negotiate trade terms, funding and agreements, whilst sharing regular updates and insights for internal teams
Who will I be working with?
- Reporting to a Controller you will mange an Account Executive and a Commercial Executive
- Externally you will work with Booker & One Stop accounts
A great candidate will have:
⭐️Proven success in National Account Management, in Wholesale, Convenience or Retail channels
⭐️Strong commercial experience with P&L responsibility
⭐️Excellent relationship management and leadership skills; prior line management experience desirable
