The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Suit Specialist to deliver an exceptional, consultative shopping experience focused on suiting and formalwear. This is a client-facing role suited to someone with strong tailoring knowledge, a passion for menswear, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise fittings and guide customers on alterations, fabrics, cuts, and finishes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and long-term loyalty
- Drive individual sales performance through exceptional service and product knowledge
- Support made-to-measure or bespoke services where applicable
- Maintain immaculate presentation standards on the shop floor
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve store sales targets
- Ensure stock is well-presented and assist with replenishment and deliveries
- Handle customer queries and aftercare with professionalism and attention to detail
Profile & Experience:
- Experience as a Suit Specialist, or similar role within premium menswear
- Strong knowledge of tailoring, fabrics, fits, and formalwear styling
- Confident delivering fittings and advising on alterations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for tailoring and menswear craftsmanship
