We the exclusive talent partner on behalf of a seed start-up who’re building AI agents for the real estate market. They’re automating tasks that currently make up a $200bn labour market, and giving agencies the tools to fundamentally transform one of the lowest NPS industries.
Fresh off the back of a successful seed funding round, they’re looking to build out their Founding Engineering team of engineers who’ve worked with AI agents in the past, and are looking to help build out their product 0-1.
You’ll build and scale the Python backend powering their AI agents – handling real-time calls, conversation routing, bookings, maintenance triage, and integrations with property management platforms. The role covers telephony/voice systems, LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and event-driven architecture. It also involves core backend engineering: API integrations, data modeling, webhooks, and production infrastructure that makes the AI work reliably.
