Operational Support Manager – GLA15115

Job Description Based within Catering & FM, Financial Services, reporting to the Head of Service, you will provide operational support to enable the delivery of frontline services across a geographical area to Education Services, HSCP, NRS and Glasgow Life. You will ensure that service delivery and standards are consistently maintained. You will provide guidance to support services, including project management and other key operational functions. You will contribute to the effective management of staff absence in line with the Maximising Attendance Policy. Strong IT and computer skills are essential, and a background in staff management is required. Hybrid working is available in this role.
